Terms of Service
Effective June 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Milan Matic ("Sprout", "we", "us") covering your use of the Sprout app and the sproutposture.app website. By buying or using Sprout, you agree to them.
Your license
When you purchase Sprout, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your own use. A standard license covers one device unless stated otherwise at purchase. "Lifetime" means for the lifetime of the Sprout product, not the lifetime of the purchaser; major future products or paid upgrades may be offered separately.
What you agree not to do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the app or your license key.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Circumvent the licensing or use the app in a way that breaks the law.
Payment
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Sprout is a wellness tool, not medical care
Sprout is designed to help you build better posture habits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Its posture readings are estimates, not clinical measurements. The exercises are general wellness movements — do them gently, stop if anything hurts, and check with a qualified healthcare professional before starting if you have pain, an injury, or any health concern. You use the exercises and guidance at your own discretion and risk.
Updates
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve detection, or keep the app working with new versions of macOS. The app can check for and install updates.
Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability
Sprout is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or that posture estimates will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using Sprout at any time. We may suspend a license that is used in breach of these terms (for example, a key that's been shared or refunded).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
